Hyatt Place Richmond - Innsbrook Short Pump

The room was well-organised, liked the service, it was excellent. A freshly prepared continental breakfast. Our room had an amazing bed and a panoramic view. The rooftop bar in the hotel had variety of bottled juices and wines throughout the day.

Quirky rooms and brilliant service. The location was cozy, not very far from Deep Run Baptist. The staff was genuinely helpful, the food was quality! The gardens were incredible here.

Staff and location at that traditional hotel were fab. Scenic view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The pool was good, with a sauna and umbrellas. Wonderful food in the casual restaurant.

The staff are cool, hotel is well-maintained, breakfast is savoury. Handy location to West End Alliance Church. Thanks for best time here!

It made our trip to Short Pump a truly memorable experience. Outstanding hotel, superfriendly staff, efficient location, outstanding breakfast. The room was well furnished and nicely furnished, liked cozy bed. Sushi, fruit and pastries were served in the downstairs bar. Heated pool area too. A nice beach, excellent view...

Pleasant place to stay while in Short Pump. Tasty food in the poolside restaurant was the best part. Had relaxing room with sofa, huge comfortable beds for a luxury stay. Employees were fine and kept it all spotless. Easy walk to the stunning beach.

Facilities were quite modern, but Wi-Fi was very spotty.

We liked our 2 night stay. A great experience. The double room was very clean. Thanks to everyone, especially management. The breakfast was free with a wide range of different options.

It is a good home base for wedding. Spent a nice evening at Silver Diner, located minute walk from the venue. Perfect family room was large. Besides, it offers free WiFi👍

If you plan to visit kings dominion, don't pass this hotel up. I greatly enjoyed the property's staff and the food. Next to the airport, 19 miles.
